Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YouGotServed, operated by NovaKhan LLC ('NovaKhan', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

YouGotServed is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing restaurant management tools including:

• QR code-based table ordering and menu browsing
• Running tab management for dine-in service with tipping
• Smart table reservation system with availability checking
• Digital menu management with real-time updates
• Order tracking and status updates for pickup, delivery, and dine-in
• Secure payment processing via Stripe integration
• Multi-currency support for 26+ currencies

Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use YouGotServed as a restaurant owner, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts

Subscription Plans & Pricing

YouGotServed offers the following subscription plans:

Trial Plan

• Free for 14 days with full platform access
• No credit card required during trial period
• Cash-only payments (no card payment processing)
• Usage limits apply (menu items, orders, staff accounts)

Pro Plan

• $99 USD per month subscription fee
• 2.9% + $0.30 commission on card payment transactions
• Unlimited menu items, orders, and staff accounts
• Full card payment processing via Stripe

Enterprise Plan

Custom pricing for multi-location restaurants, white-label solutions, and custom integrations. Contact sales for details.

Payment Terms

• All payments processed securely through Stripe payment gateway
• Transaction commission (2.9% + $0.30) deducted automatically from each payment
• Monthly subscription billed on the same day each month
• Pro-rated refunds available upon cancellation (contact support)
• Prices exclude applicable taxes; you are responsible for all taxes

Restaurant-Specific Terms

As a restaurant using YouGotServed, you agree to:

• Generate and display QR codes for table ordering in your restaurant
• Manage table sessions and running tabs responsibly
• Ensure menu items, prices, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date
• Honor all prices displayed on the platform for customer orders
• Update item availability and restaurant hours promptly
• Comply with all local food safety and restaurant operation regulations

Multi-Tenant Architecture

YouGotServed uses a multi-tenant architecture where each restaurant has its own isolated organization:

• Complete data isolation between different restaurant organizations
• Each restaurant has a unique organization slug for URL routing
• You can only access data within your own organization

User Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Provide accurate information for orders, menus, and business details
• Maintain all necessary business licenses and permits
• Provide appropriate customer service for your restaurant
• Handle customer disputes and refund requests professionally

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Illegal content or activities
• System abuse, hacking, or unauthorized access attempts
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Intellectual Property

YouGotServed platform, software, and branding are the intellectual property of NovaKhan LLC. All rights reserved.

You retain ownership of your restaurant content (menu items, images, descriptions). By using the service, you grant us a license to display this content through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaKhan shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability
• Errors in data, pricing, or order processing
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe)
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Stripe Payment Terms

Payment processing is provided by Stripe and subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You agree to:

• Maintain a valid Stripe Connected Account
• Comply with Stripe's terms of service and PCI compliance requirements
• Handle payment disputes and chargebacks in accordance with Stripe's policies
• Pay all applicable Stripe fees and transaction costs

Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the admin dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless required by law to retain it longer.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NovaKhan LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
